Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return item(s).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Some exclusions may apply: Seasonal items, hygienic products, and gift cards are FINAL sales.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
  • Please contact us at for a RMA form.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. We won't leave you hanging!


  • If you received item(s) as a gift, you will be issued a store credit.


  • At this time we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
